50 Cent wished Diddy a happy 57th birthday on Instagram on Wednesday, Nov. 4, pairing the message with a photo that appeared to show the Bad Boy mogul in jail. The post continued 50 Cent’s public taunts of his longtime rival.
“Happy 57th B day Diddy wishing you many more, LOL,” 50 Cent wrote. He also said Diddy was “alright” and referred to his appeal. It is unclear whether the photo is authentic.
This was not the first time 50 Cent has used Diddy’s birthday to mock him. He also posted a sarcastic birthday message last year.
Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October 2025 after being convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution. His release is scheduled for March 2028. In October, reports said he had been transferred from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to a low-security facility in Pennsylvania after an alleged confrontation with another inmate; a spokesperson confirmed to Billboard that he had been moved.
50 Cent also addressed reports that Diddy watched the Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning in prison during an October appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! The four-part series, which 50 Cent produced with Netflix, examines allegations of sexual abuse in Combs’ history. “He saw the whole thing… I’m sure (he) thought it was the best documentary he ever saw in his life,” 50 Cent said.
