Grupo Cañaveral and Olivia Wald’s “La Rosita de mi Boca” was voted fans’ favorite new Latin music release of the week in Billboard’s latest New Music Latin poll. The song received more than 53% of the vote after the poll and accompanying playlist were published on Oct. 30.
The track is a romantic cumbia featuring Wald’s vocals. Its pink-toned music video shows the Argentine pop artist dancing and spending playful moments with Grupo Cañaveral lead vocalist Emir Pabón.
Pabón previously spoke about the group’s new music at the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Week, saying its lyrics encourage positivity and spreading love. He also discussed drawing on the genre’s roots while exploring new sounds beyond the group’s comfort zone.
Chuyin’s “Fuga Pa San Carlos” was the next most popular choice, earning more than 42% of the vote. Billboard notes that weekly New Music Latin poll results are published when the poll receives more than 1,000 votes.
