Raffaella Braun has risen to president of Triple Tigers Records following the departure of co-president Annie Ortmeier. The Nashville-based label represents artists including Scotty McCreery, Russell Dickerson, Ian Munsick and Shane Profitt.

Braun was promoted to co-president in July, replacing Kevin Herring, who stepped down from that role at the time and continues to work with the label as a strategy consultant. Before joining the executive team, Braun served as Triple Tigers’ vice president of radio promotion. Her previous experience includes working as a booking agent at CAA and as an event producer.

Ortmeier joined Triple Tigers as co-president alongside Herring in 2023. In a social media statement, she said she was taking away memories, team achievements, music and friendships from her three years with the company. She also thanked the label’s staff, artists and their teams, adding that she would continue to support them.

Triple Tigers Records launched in 2016 as a joint venture between Sony Music Entertainment’s The Orchard and Triple 8 Management. The label has led Scotty McCreery to six No. 1 Country Airplay hits, including the Hootie & The Blowfish collaboration “Bottle Rockets.” McCreery signed with Triple Tigers in 2017, while Russell Dickerson most recently topped the Country Airplay chart with “Happen To Me,” which spent two weeks at No. 1 in 2025.
