Robbie Williams headlined the 2026 Melbourne Cup on Tuesday, November 3, performing a mini-set for a crowd of more than 97,000 at Flemington Racecourse. The attendance was the highest for Melbourne Cup day since 2016, according to the supplied report.

Williams opened with “Feel” in a suit decorated with horses, then performed “Rock DJ” with dancers, musicians and a marching band. He sang “Angels” near the Cup and closed the race-day set with “Let Me Entertain You.”

After the race, Williams played a full set at The Elms Live Stage, including covers of songs by Oasis, Midnight Oil, Shania Twain and INXS. Point Of Law won the 166th Melbourne Cup, leading a trifecta for trainer Ciaron Maher.

The performance came ahead of Williams’ BRITPOP World Tour dates in Australia and New Zealand, which are scheduled to begin at Adelaide Oval on November 7. The announced stadium stops include Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane, followed by shows in Auckland and Christchurch.
