Wu-Tang Clan is set to headline the halftime performance at Ford Field when the Detroit Lions face the Chicago Bears in the Thanksgiving Day Classic presented by Ford. The game is scheduled to air on CBS at 1 p.m. ET on November 26, 2026. Preceding the match, actor and recording artist Antonio Cipriano, known for his work in Off Campus and Broadway's Jagged Little Pill, will sing the national anthem. A native of Michigan, Cipriano joins the festivities ahead of the main event.

For the second consecutive year, Eminem and his manager Paul Rosenberg, president of Shady Records, have selected the halftime talent as executive producers. In a press release issued on November 1, Rosenberg stated that they aim to deliver performances that are both exciting and unexpected. He noted that both he and Eminem have been fans of Wu-Tang Clan since the early 1990s, alongside a generation of Detroit football fans, expressing honor in bringing the group to this year's stage.

The lineup includes RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, U-God, Masta Killa, Inspectah Deck, and Cappadonna. The group is also recognized for the late Ol' Dirty Bastard (ODB). Wu-Tang Clan is a member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame's Class of 2026, with their induction ceremony scheduled for November 14 in Los Angeles. The group recently concluded its Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber Tour.

Detroit Lions president and CEO Rich Haddad praised the selection on Sunday, describing the Thanksgiving Day Classic as one of the greatest traditions in sports and Wu-Tang Clan as one of the greatest performers in music. He expressed thrill at having the group headline the show and gratitude toward Marshall Mathers (Eminem) and Paul Rosenberg for their partnership. Last year's halftime show featured Jack White headlining alongside special guest Eminem.
